A woman's toy store is threatened by a handsome real estate agent. Watching her with her customers and helping out himself, the man begins to understand just how special the store is. Great Quality.

Great Christmas story about a wonderful, magical Christmas Shop that has been in the community for over 40 years that is being evicted from its location. Nicely done.
